So im planning on getting my first 'too in the coming months. i am thinking about geting the skeleton and roses from the cover of The Grateful Dead(1971), but with a wooden plaque at the bottom of it that says "The Grateful Dead" and a smaller one hanging from it that says "Garcia, Weir, Lesh, McKernan, Kreutzman, and Hart". The idea just keeps growing on me.
Thats a great idea! I love Pink Floyd, so I got the cover of DSOTM on my back. Its my fav tat and no matter how old I get or how my life may change, I will never regret getting it. So I think you should go ahead, music tatoos are awesome and the one u described sounds cool. And whenever you look at it you will be reminded of the music that makes you so happy!
I would never get a music tatoo, just because my taste constantly changes. But if it's something you will love then go for it. Good luck!
I'm with mushie on that I would never get a music tattoo, but the idea sounds pretty cool. make sure you check places out before you do it though.
I've considered getting a tattoo, but (1) I would want a design that I had drawn myself in order to be original. (2) I can't draw.
You could design it, and not actually draw it. Have someone else draw it for you, but tell them what you want.
My friend joel, whos 16, got a tattoo a couple of days ago on the inside of his left bicep saying "never give up" in running writing with each first letter of the words in capitals. im going to get one one day just saying "Euphoria"
Just be careful that you don't choose too small letters, a friend got small ones and you couldn't read it for shit. You can be too excited to get a tatt to think seriously
