I was talking to my close friend about dreams, and the ones i have had. I began explainging to him how they have meaning. He told me about this reoccuring dream that he has been having for forever.

He's walking in a desert. It's completly flat, and there is nothing for miles. Then He finds himself standing in front of an enourmous sphere there in the middle of this desert. It has a reflective surface and looked like liquid metal. The angle pans out and he sees himself standing there. As it keeps panning out, there are more and more spheres around him, until it pans out so far, the spheres end up as grains of sand.

I thought it was pretty deep and I have been looking for what it could possibly mean......

    any thoughts??

That's pretty cool, but there are so many different way to interpret it, each with their own legitimacy and many of them cliches, that I don't think there is any one interpretation.

I wonder, though: do you or your friend paint? Because I can totally imagine that scene being made into a Salvador Dali-esque painting. Imagine...a surrealistic desert, with large orbs suspended a couple feet from the ground, silently and motionlessly surrounding a contemplative-looking man. That would be quite a dramatic composition. Maybe I'll try painting it...

it's dali-esque, indeed.. im gonna take a stab at this: i guess the reflective surface of the sphere means your friend needs some looking inward into himself. spheres and deserts denote infinity so that should be a good sign. :)

The scarriest, and probably the most far back dream/reoccuring dream I can remember is me standing in a white world. It's not a room, its like everything is just white and there is me, and I see a square in middle, but the harder I try to foccus on it the small and more alone I feel. There is nothing else. I mean, nothing. Just white for as far as the eye can see, and a square dead in the center.

I know I am afraid of being alone, I hate it. But this means more.

Holy crap, I have had those white dreams too, I had become so frequenty lucid for a time period that I had stopped having immediate dreams, my dreams had been controlled so much that they had completely disentegrated into white, or when I start dreaming, I am in a completely blank white world, and then I make the dream from there :)
