My hair is locking up

Kind of. It's been about 3 weeks I think. There wasn't a specific time that I was just like "oh, I'll get dreads." but they're forming.

I was trying to seem like less of a douche, by explaining my dislike of the OP. Don't let me trying to soften my appearance detract from your posting experience, if I initially looked like a douche, it's because I'm a douche, feel free to comment on it, I'm not trying to play "ministry of truth" games.

*later edit* for some reason, re reading it now, the above paragraph seems very confrontational and sarcastic.... It's not meant that way....

Extensive editing is a major part of my writing technique, and given the nature of message boards, I tend to get lazy and edit after impulsively posting something insufficent. (for example, this paragraph is an edit, tacked on after submitting this post)
