As far as dosage not sure everyone is different, not sure about neurotonin but vic x valium or vic x ritalin would make a nice buzz...don't think valium and ritalin would do well together. My advice ritalin x vicodin x beer x hotchicks=party, use the valium to come down the next day and sleep.
do a lot of ritalin and then take the valium when you're coming down. vicodin's great with weed if you can do that. i'm extremely interested in neurotonin, it sounds like a really pleasant drug, though i imagine it's pretty rare... and i also can't really help you with dose/combos as i've never tried it. i've heard that you should drink it with a glass of mountain dew or really any soda, it helps it to kick it in faster.
it takes like 2 hours to hit and lasts like... a long ass time.. it's been... like idk since january. but when i smoked dank with it, it was sort of molly-ish sort of benzo-ish. and drinking with it is fun, i think, but it's hard to remember actually, but you will party. it's funny my friend tried to get prescribed xanax by bullshitting his doctor. and he gave him that instead. this was like a year ago.
I dont think neurotonin is that rare, ive found it in so many medicine cabnits in my days of searching for a good score in random people's house's.They didn't do much for me, relaxed me a bit, but maybe I just couldn't tell with the rest of the chemicals in me.
I loved nuerotonin, that shit was the bomb. 2 chewed ritalin got me through study hall with a nice high.

I weigh about the same and like to take 6 for a nice buzz. Some might say taking 3000mg of tylenol is too much for one dose but I do this every day and liver test showed to be in perfect health. My method: break 3 in half swallow, chew the other 3.
