I was sitting outside playing guitar during my lunch break today... and look who just strolls by my house. Man... that's probably the biggest turtle that has ever visited me, his shell alone was bigger than my head. I think it's one of 'em gopher turtles... or so they call them. First one I've seen here though... beautiful creature. He knew that he's a badass... he didn't even hide from me... just kept on going... even when I stood right infront of him... he just walked straight at me... hissed at me... and then just walked between my legs. It's lovely to have such an animal visit me.
I love him. I'm stealing him from you!!!!!!!! *steals turtle away and laughs like a crazy woman* aaah ha ha ha ha *drops turtle cuz it bites me and pouts on ground as turtle runs away giggling like a crazy turtle*
That's pretty awesome... I don't think I've ever really had the chance to get close to wild animals... and it saddens me...
Yeah... the first thing that came to mind when I saw him after "Wait... that's not a cat..." and "Holy shit!" was "I wonder how old he is". I really do hope that he visits me again. I bet he has some great stories to tell.
That's a special visitor. He probably didn't hide because you're just a young whippersnapper to him....
I'm pretty sure he has no teeth. So if you see a woodchipper being dropped off that you didn't order, run...
Now that you mention it... there has been an unclaimed package at work for a couple of days now. I thought that it was anthrax, but it could just be a woodchipper.
My moneys on the Tortoise Decades, if not a century after the rabbit is dead, the turtle will go on. Aesop was right Hotwater
Hmm... it's just one of the many crazy animals visiting me lately... This one is just the biggest of them all. If there's a message in it somewhere, then it's a whole lotta code.
Wow, I had a turtle this big for a few days last year and he pooped my whole terrace lol We returned him to the wood soon, it was so sad....My sister and I spent half an hour to find the best place for leaving him.... What's your new friend's name?..
Safe to pick up? I wouldn't pick it up... I have no right to disturb him... he's doing his thing, and I'm doing my thing... our paths crossed... he was nice enough to let me take some pictures...and off we went, each on his way. I wouldn't name him either, he does not belong to me.
