also, anyone who lives in chicago might be interested to know... a new shop has opened on belmont and clark, right next to the alley!
its called Burney's Smoke Shop, and it's actually far more equipped than most of the other shops, aside from secrets.

i def prefer bongs though
and if i'm being picky, i like my bong to be see through so i can see the size of my hit.
and if i'm being REAL picky... i like my vaporizer.

we haven't smoked out of the new swirly piece yet, but the bong hits nicely.
i'm gonna get a really cool new slider, but i spent my money on those two babies so i'm broke atm ):

Very Nice! I prefer clear glass on my bongs with a little color. Only so I can see how milked up it gets.

that slider is perfect. i prefer the little cone shaped ones, b/c they pack better and weed burns better in them than in bigger, more "artsy" ones. for instance, my new bong came with this slider


but i always use the slider from my old bong, cuz i'm used to it and it works better.



so i say keep the slide it came with. you can buy a new one when it breaks


ok i'm blazed so i have one more thing to ramble about.
my slides are all glass on glass, but my very first bong had a rubber o-ring like yours. i used to be able to get replacement slides for that thing for $4.20+tax

 

this bong is slightly see through... ya know?

i haven't named them yet. we've been referring to them as 'the bong' and 'twisty' hahahaha

you can see the twisted one fill up with smoke near the mouth... and it hits so smoothly, you can't even tell when you're hitting it
and its sooooo deep its crazy haha

i kind of always liked the bigger 'artsy' ones, because they seem sturdier to me. the little cone ones tweak me out, they seem really flimsy.
is the rubber ring bad? i've heard people say that, but not credibly. so i'm not too sure about rubber + smoking

Once i get a job and money i will be getting more of my own and a vaporizer!

 

There is no problem with rubber O rings and smoking, they just aren't as airtight or as cool looking as glass on glass, but the discount is worth it lol.

 

Both pieces are nice.

I can't wait to start being able to get my own again.

well, yeah. secrets has alot of both... i didn't/don't have a preference when it comes to glass on glass, or rubber o rings... but i really love this bong

the only problem i see with rubber o rings is that they don't make as complete of a seal as glass on glass. i only noticed the difference when i bought a glass on glass bong. you can hit it with less effort

but the o rings work fine

 

Porkstock that hit looked like itd through me back. Iam hoping by may ill have a roommate along with some money saved up and ill be able to buy some bongs and let the bonggage begin. Itll be like my wand except nothing like that. lol
