I don't know how to kind of, have an image and then text beow, then another image and then more text etc in the same post so I'll just add a little to each poster in a seperate post, if that's ok. Enjoy folks. :)

This is the first one I wish to showcase...

This is a Stonehenge pic as you can see. I think I've had it for a year to a year and a half. I love the colour of that sky, the bright sun in the centre, the kind of silohette (excuse the spelling) effect of the stones and the celtic circles above it are cool too.

Here is a movie poster for the animated Lord Of The Rings. My, doesn't Gandalf look hugggge in that pic? I think I've had this poster for around three years now and when I did eventually watch that adaptation of the story, I was quite disappointed. A nice poster all the same though.

I rather like this picture of Bjork, although I can't say I'm a follower of her music. I love the concept of an eccentric woman naked in the woodlands, full of joy. It's a fantastic photograph. It's a great symbol of uninhibited, unadultered freedom.

Here is another Lord Of The Rings related poster, this time we have a map of Middle Earth though. What a fantastic place and the colour and texture of the poster is beautiful.

This is one of my favourite posters. It's bascially just got a really mystical and enchanting feel and look to it which I love as you've probably gathered by now. I originally saw this picture on a packet of incense and thought 'fantastic'. When I saw a full size poster version of it I was just lik 'woah! Must buy that!'

It's cool as well because of the fact it's got a realy closeness with the fantasy imagery with which I like to associate with myself. If there's a picture to best describe or to represent a visual/artistic manifestation of the otherworldly aspect of my character, then that's one of the most fitting.

This is actually a sarong, but I use it as a poster. It's probably the most way out picture of them all and it's very psychedelic but also quite scary. When I first bought it there were pupils in the eyes and it looked frightening so I drew some in myself. The colours are superb and the composition is great even though it's actually a fairly caroon-like piece I suppose. I often think that cartoonish psychedelic/fantasy posters don't work that well but I think this one does.

This piece is called Fairy Ascent and is a special poster to me as it was the first ever poster I ever bought with a theme of fantasy or surrealism. I bought it in late summer of '99 and that was a very interesting time for me because I think it was on one of the most influential-on-my-whole-being periods of my life. I went overseas for the first time just very shortly after I got that poster. Earlier that summer I'd been on some long country walks and I just founf myself unlocking uncharted doors in my mind. Whilst I did have a subconcious or (to a limited degree) concious interest in topics, issues and philosophies which I came to lossely describe as 'new age' some time before, this poster was probably the first example of a visual representation of who I believe I really am, and where I was (and am still) heading. Of course at that point I had no idea I would become as immersed in new age/counter culture/psychedelia/paranormal phenomena/pacifism/psychologyfantasy/astronomy (which I was greatly interested in during the mid nineties and still am now)/nature/folklore as I have and I want it to last forever. So when I think of my personal kind of, journey, and I think of an image which reflects that, i think of this poster. It really does carry a lot of symbolism to me.
