understandably in many cases... ever seen how they treat their dogs in the ghetto? it's pretty fucked up.

I think it's deeper than that, it has to be some genetic implant or past memory in dogs. No matter where I go, dogs always seem to hate black people. I've known many dogs who don't bark at anyone...but do at black people. It's not always the case, ofcourse... but I really have been noticing this, and other people seem to agree when they actually try to observe it.

as far as BSR's point, i can't say that i've seen enough dogs responding to black people to really say one way or the other. even in the hood, dogs always seem to be tied up out front (in their pile of shit) as opposed to being anywhere near the actual people.
