african red bush herbal infusion....been drinking at least two cups of the stuff a day lately...it's a bit like my own personal salvation in a cup....hehehe....
same as rooibos right? that stuff is sooo yummy, really high in trace minerals, no caffeine! good good stuff...salvation is a good way to describe it! it has such an earthy mellow taste but slightly sweet too.
