I rarely remember my dreams, and if I do it's usually not in very much detail. But a few months ago I had the most intense, vivid dream ever. I don't think I usually dream in color, or I just can't comprehend what i'm seeing, or I just can't remember what I "saw"..i don't know, dreams confuse me, but anyway... it was in color and the colors were extremely vivid, like i was tripping in my dream. And I was in my house, but it wasn't my house in the dream, it was my soul mates house, which was an older man, about 30 maybe (i am 19). But I was there with him and a women, who i think was his girlfriend or wife or someone. But even though he had her, we were soulmates. I don't know how i knew that, but i did. And I opened up a drawer which would be my parents' drawer in real life, but it was his drawer in the dream, and there were tons and tons of colorful sex toys. I was amazed and thought it was awesome. That's really all I remember. It was the strangest dream i've ever had. and probalby the best. But when i think about it, it doesn't seem that great at all. so i'm asking... what the hell?
Sounds like this dream had a real impression on you? Let me explain myself a bit...I am two things in one. By that I mean that I am destined to think rationally and it is impossible for me to escape that mind set, and on the other hand I am a romantic which is anything BUT logical. So this dream you remember very vividly...tell ya what I know. Dreams happen to everyone, all the time as long as you achieve full stages of sleep. I imagine you go to bed early at night, yes? Reason I say this is because it means you get a full nights sleep. Most of the time people come out of the stage of sleep in which you dream before you actually wake up, and seeing that you dont remember dreams unless you wake up during them then you dont remember many of your dreams. Ok, that being said. The content of your dream. Freud would say its your Dad maybe...who knows. Half of what Freud said was crazy, but he had a point to an extent. All the characters in your dream may not actually be your "Dad" or "Mom" but they usually tend to represent someone you know well or have known. Think now if you can what this man reminded you of...no matter how awkward is may be. His qualities i mean. Many people do indeed pick partners that just happen to emulate qualities of one parent or parental figure. Just keep that in mind as gross as it seems... You see, dreams can be so complicated that you really have to know the person having the dream to give them ANY idea what it meant. Maybe you have a fear that you soul mate is taken...maybe anything. Think about how it made you feel or makes you feel now. Dreams are a direct representation of whats inside us all. And sex toys? I dont know. Are you sexually repressed? A virgin? Maybe you wanna let loose some? ....Maybe you are the exact opposite and its a reflection of your intense sexual nature inside and your desire to spend it with someone you love instead of just do it for attention or for the feeling. Truth is u know better than I. Explore yourself constantly....we all hide mysteries from each other. Its called the Johari Window. The reason i explained myself the way i did earlier on is to let you know that I understand how much of an impact a dream can have on you. This one seemed more playful if anything but they still deserve attention. That requires a mixture of logic and heart.
