my spleen hurts

apparently its enlarged. man this sucks.

ive never been able to 'feel' my spleen before.

and i had to get blood taken. the nurse was talking my ear off, asking me if i want to study medicine and become a doctor and there i am not able to look at her when im answering because im trying not to look at the needle sucking out my blood. ha.

then i had to walk ages in the heat with a sore spleen, nothing to eat all morning, and having just had blood taken. and i ran into an evil nerd who is an enemy of mine. was a great day.

 

At least you weren't on fire, or being chased by bees, or projectile vomiting against your will.

 

true, i wouldnt care bout the 1st two but projectile vomitting is a no no.

still, how do you take care of your spleen. i dont exactly know what i can do for it

Both my spleen and liver are enlarged due to my recent illness.

 

I have to ask...I've heard of spleen problems before, but I'm a bit lost as to what a spleen is...

 

the spleen is involved with the lymph system which filters out wastes and bad stuff out of our bodies

theres probably some much better descriptions on the web but im too lazy to type and click! anyhoo thats my limited knowledge
