So just liek everyone in high school, I have to take substance abuse classes. And if you've taken them, you know everything they say about weed is a big heap of bullshit. Some of it gets me really pissed off that people still think like that, but some of the stuff is true. I really want to say something to my teacher one day, but the only problem is is that he is also my football coach. What would be a good way to express my views without coming off as a blatant pothead?
When he says something you know is bullshit, just be like "I think I heard otherwise from an article I read or a movie I watched" then tell him what the real truth is and ask him if he can prove it wrong.
Or you could do like most kids do and keep your mouth shut, giggle at his stupidity, and then get blazed?
I just shut up about it and not listen to all the lies. But we are allowed to talk about anything with no reprocussions, so everyone in the class knows I do it.
I remember in my Health Class which had an EXTENSIVE drug section I explained to my teacher the multitudes of information I have on mushrooms and explained to him how to cultivate them as well. IF THAT didn't tell him I was a druggie I wouldn't know what would. Luckily people generally don't think I am a druggie because I am in advanced classes, get good grades, and don't look like a wannabe thug . You should just raise your hand, tell him he is wrong, and then pull out like 6 articles debating his view of marijuana. That would be the best way to do it :sifone:
hm i actually didnt have a substance abuse class. we had a small section over drugs in health but my teacher was sweet as hell. he read the packet he was suppose to give us about the ganj and he told the whole class it was bull shit and didnt hand it out. needless to say he wasnt around next year....
The only Substance abuse lesson came from our health class and that class is a joke. Even the teacher in the class knows no one pays or is expected to pay attention in that class.
