The apprentice did the heart

im love them... it took one hour for the heart.
and 3 hours for the hours glass.. was painful, and my legs are swollen now, but i dont care i love themmmm

 

They are beautiful! Was there any pain?

 

Was it expensive?

 

yeah, the little one wasnt too bad, some of the longer lines hurt... and the bigger one did hurt, it wasnt unbearable tho, it kind of felt like burning tho in some parts!

nah not really. 260 for 4 hour work

The hourglass is really beautiful. The heart pin-cushion is cool too, I like the whole theme you have going :2thumbsup:

What do they mean? Time doesn't exist and love is pain? I often find it necessary to remind myself of the truth of those two statements.

 

well the heart is from a tim burton poem "voodoo girl" .. i love the poem, and i wasss going to get the last three lines from it tattooed on me too, under the heart, but it didnt seem to look right. "For if someone gets
too close to her,

the pins stick farther in."



and i just kind of liked the sand timer.. the tattoo artist just drew one up for me with the clocks and stuff, but i suppose it does have meaning to it.
