    This is my first webpage.

It's on a free little hosting plan, but I do what I can. There's a chatroom, an album of some of my artwerk and a few mods I made for Warcraft III, and even a place you can give me free money if you feel so inclined[IMG]. Hopefully I will be getting a forum soon.

So check it out and sign the guestbook.

    Holy Crap!

My page was posted on collegehumor.com and has gotten almost 2000 hits today! I woke up and saw my counter past 2000 and I thought it must have been an error, then I went to my site manager and my hit stats confirmed that over a thousand people have visited my site. After a little poking around, I found out that collegehumor.com, one of a handfull of funny link sites I had submitted my page to, had posted a link to me.

By the way, it has moved to www.screamingtoast.com

So kids, the lesson of the day is that it pays to submit your page to the web sites you like to visit.

:EDIT: Dang... it's up to 3277 hits on the front page counter!

Hold up, you got a .com for free? May I inquire as to where? The best free service could find was crappy bravehost.com (I recently also started a new website, my second). I made a topic about it, but nobody responded so here it is again:

It's okay, but I would recommend finding a better free host, freewebs is extremly limiting! Also, I noticed you're using one of their layouts? While it looks nice, it's much more furfilling to create your own. Start off simple, with a couple of tables built with frontpage or mozilla composer, you'll be amazed at how quickly you learn.

Keep up the good work. And if you ever need help finding a free host, (or decide to host it from your computer) feel free to ask me for any help?
