mycelium and vermiculite cakes

wondering if I can eat mycelium and vermiculite cakes, ive been getting different feedbacks on other forums, some saying yes and some saying no, some say only if its mature, some say you get sick, some say its an awsome expierience,some say its just a waste of time and mycelium, so if anyone with previous expierience with this matter has any info it would be much app. and if i can eat them, at what part of the process can they be ingested

 

dont do it i would never eat fuckin vermiculite. just fruit em or crumble the spent ones n spawn to substrate then case dawg.

 

I as well heard conflicting answers on the issue so I tried it out several different ways that were supposed to work, I cut a cake and a half up and ate it on a peanut butter sandwich which was nasty as fuck and nothing happened. Then I read you could make a tea with it so I tried that and still nothing. Also tried using vinegar as it was stated that it worked better for extracting psilocybin, and again just another nasty ass concoction. Don't eat the cakes =)
