Hey, I wonder if anyone can give me any clue or thoughts of this, it'd be really helpful! I've always suffered from some kind of back pain since I was a young teenager, but for two, nearly three months now I've been having really bad, bad pain and twitches in my lower back which seems to be getting worse. One odd thing seems to be that I've noticed that one or two of my lower spinal bones have begun to stick out in way that no one else I know seems to have on their back and this is where the most painful spot is. It's getting quite worrying in that I've seemed to trapped a nerve or something and its causing pain in my legs. So it's getting harder and harder to walk for very long, or even do basic things like sneezing without needing serious painkillers and a lie down! So you can imagine my frustration of being near immobile as if I'm aged and not 19. Can anyone give me some ideas? Has anyone had something like this before? I could do with some help because I'm really a bit disquietened about it all.

That sounds like an inflamed disc. That happend to my mom and the only solution was sugury to cut away the excess tissue.

thanx! Yeah, there does seem to be a problem with the disk, I suppose thats why part of my spine's bulging out, not sure if it need surgery but I suppose a doctor can tell me this when I see them because I think I definitely need something done for it.
