Neanderthal Shot In The Head With A Gun Thousands Of Years Ago?

Note: The reason the second word of the first sentence is "similar" (in the quote above) is because the article has two ancient bullet hole in the skull parts in it.

The first part is about an extinct "buffalo like" animal. The two skull photos are in the wrong place for their descriptions. This confused me at first, so I had to mention it.

A friend of mine sent me the link to this just today and didn't explain it, so I thought I'd better before posting this link here.

Was there (or should I say 'will be') a person, or persons hopping into a time machine and shooting up pre-humans and (not yet) extinct animals thousands of years ago?

Or an advanced people that had guns way back then, but then disappeared from history and took thier technology with them?

There have been many whole Earth changing cataclysm type things that have happend in the past, they say.

I read something a couple of years ago about how humans almost went extinct at one time in our past.

If you'll hear me out, I believe I have unraveled this mystery...
That Neanderthal man was a genius. I mean, WAY ahead of his time. He knew things about the world that we still haven't figured out, even today. But he had nobody to talk about these things with - all his friends and family were just stupid slow-brained Neanderthals. They didn't understand him or his advanced ideas.
Naturally, this made our Neanderthal extremely sad. Suicidal. So he invented a time machine, traveled to the future, procured a gun, went back to his own time, destroyed the time machine, and shot himself in the head.
"Why would he go to all this trouble?" you ask. "Why wouldn't he just pick a fight with a saber-toothed tiger?" Obviously, he wanted to fuck with the 21st century brain that eventually dug him up. And it worked! Much respect to our suicidal Neanderthal, the greatest mind our world has ever known.

 

so, why not just invent a gun?

My thoughts went in the same direction as well! Most logical explanation at first is he was shot in the head centuries after his death.
