I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to do this type of knotting or point me in the direction of a decent website that shows how....i used to be able to do this but i managed to forget it, so anyhelp is appreciated

Hey thanks. I actually tried doing what they explain before you even replied but i was kinda unsure of it and it didnt work too well either....guess i just need more practice or something...see i wanna make one like an inch or a little more wide for my wrist cuz i thought it would be pretty cool... thanks
