NEED HELP can't download images from digicam

    For some reason the prompt is not coming up on the screen when I plug in the USB cord on the digicam, this has never happened b4, and I haven't done anything different!! Can someone help me out???

    I would try a different cord, different USB port, but other than that there is little I can offer :/

    i can never seem to find my cord, so i end up plugging my card into the cardreader on my printer. it's slower, but it works

    If you open explorer does it appear mapped to a drive letter?

    Trying another cable is a good place to start.
    I would also update my USB drivers. Let's not over look the batteries in the Camera.
    Could be something silly like that.

    Another thing it could be is that the usb drivers havent loaded properly check it out in the control panel under "system"
