The best I've found is the parking space outside Panera Bread closest to the door between the store room and the cash register :D

And don't tell any6one but they leave the wifi on all night

If you'll be travellling all over the USA or wherever, you have a couple options..

    1. Wildblue (spot beam technology, and they dont like it mobile, worse choice)
    2. Hughesnet (can be mobile, for $2000 you can get an automatic dish that folds down and rotates up and locks onto satellite automatically)
    3. Sprint/ATT/VZW mobile phone internet.

Or conversely, get an IPhone or similar.... the new touch blackberry looks nice.

I have had experiance with the sprint mobile internet service and the speed is preatty excellent. I have no complaints about it. I recommend to add it if you have an existing sprint plan.

This is for the cheap, barebones model and it will still cost you a subscription of $60 per month, again, for barebones service. You can spend $6000 for a good antenna and upt to $400 per month for service.

Verizon or Sprint broadband is also about $60 per month and if you're already a customer you can haggle them into GIVING you an aircard if they're not on special. But they're still gonna get your $$$.

The Panera Bread idea is free :D
