I just dled christiane f and its in german i thought it said it was dubbed but apparently not can someone plz tell me if theres like a subtitle thing on realplayer or vcl player like there is on a tv
I don't know if you still need help with this but I just wanted to say that "Christiane F." is by far my favorite drug related movie. Most other drug movies seem staged/clean and well...just like movies compared to this one. I think aside from its "rawness", the fact that all of the actors but Bowie were amateurs add a lot to the genuineness of this film. It's based on the experiences of a former junkie and even gigant heroin addicts like Kurt Kobain were impressed by it. Get a copy on dvd, it doesn't matter if it's the german one because they usually have english subtitles too. You need the program "AnyDVD" to pass the "country codes" and to run it on your computer.
