i hate having to pay for health insurance. sadly because im over weight/ obese, they are charging my an extra 16 dollars a month because im chunky. They add 25% of my premium total to my total. I have to loose some weight so i was thinking of not really eating breakfast anymore (im never really hungry in the morning). And having light lunch like a salad or something. then for dinner soup maybe? i really want to focus on being vegan and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. i have a really good heart that i dont want to get dieased. I dont want diabetes either. I also joined a gym. i usally go for one hour and so the wieght machines first for 30 min, then cardio for 30. do you think this will allow me to loose 50 pounds in two months?
part of the reason im loosing the weight is to pay less for health insurance. I cant afford it. plus i cant snort things. sorry rubin
pick one or the other; don't focus on two contradicting goals... are you really considered obese? no wonder all americans are obese; 2 pounds overweight and you qualify.
I'm queen of crash diets....and no you will not lose that much weight that quickly. I lost 30lbs in three months doing atkins and working out. That was lean meats, veggies and plenty of water. I lost 10 ilbs in a week doing some crazy diet for heart patients...but it really messed with my health.
Take a knife and cut out 50 pounds of fat from your stomach? I would totally respect you if you do it. (plus, you could totally suck dick for cocaine or something... you're a girl, be imaginative)
my bmi is 31 according to them. the last time i was this much i was in 9th grade. i just dont like to be at risk for heart disease if i can make it so i wont be at risk. ive never been skinny but i want to try to be "healthy" according to the insurance company
my older brother said i could loose the 50 [pounds in two months but he said i shount eat any chips, drink soda, bad stuff like that. i got my cholestrol down a whole bunch to really good after i became vegeatarian. i lost 10 pounds being a veggy but gained 20 back. i did something right for a little. i need to up my will power and start thinking about whats going to happen to bosy if i dont take care of it
EAT BREAKFAST. it's gets your metabolism going in the morning. most important meal of the day. drink a quart of ice cold water.. your body needs to burn calories to heat it up, you can burn 100 calories each day if you drink a quart. I say try a paletolithic diet. that means no dairy or grains [oatmeal is okay though, I guess. we can eat it in the wild.] but no bread. don't eat alot of meat. unless you don't mind not eating meat, you can just eat beans. or veggies and nuts are good too for protein. another exercise method is to do your exersicse for 20 seconds [such as sprinting] and then take a break for 10 seconds [walk] it builds up stamina, promotes muscle growth, and other good things. Try doing that when you exercise. hope that helps
What kind of insurance is this, that's crap really to be honest.. I know some health insurance companies to charge more if you are a smoker or perhaps really obese to where it causes medical conditions that you are actually suffering from and such but not being what they consider "overweight" by some lame ass BMI scale that is completely inaccurate.. With that being said, if you go on a quick fix to lose weight, especially that much in that little time, it will come back just as fast... All you can do is change your eating habits and learn about nutrition and the food that you consume and be just be active... Even so one can be considered "overweight" by that stupid BMI scale and be more healthier than someone who weighs less then them...
Don't listen to anyone... don't eat breakfast. The less food the better. We are in a recession, after all. Way hot.
well if i eat breakfast. i get more hungry than if i dont. i usually have an apple with peanut butter in the morning.
It's actually true that eating breakfast is a good thing. or else your metabolism goes down. and breakfast doesn't have to mean eggs and toast. the apple with peanut butter thing is great. honestly, you should just drink water and orange juice.
its aetna health insurance. i regret getting it. its so expensive. does anyone think that the only people who have health insurance are people who are well off? what do poor people do?
Unless you’re willing to smoke crack and embarrass yourself in public I can’t see you loosing 50 lbs in two months short of purging Hotwater
