theoretically I have baught 16 hits of acid dropped on 8 sugar cubes, now my question is since a fridge or freezer is unavailable would it be effective to wrap the cubes in tin foil, then VACUME SEAL it in one of those plastic bags that come with the sealer, if stored in a dark place? just curious on the effectiveness of this method

You are totally safe. It will keep for years like that. Always keep away from: heat, light, oxygen.
