NEW MJ Paraphenalia invention

I've got an idea for something. It's a new, cheap, easy to produce: marijuana item. I was wondering what I would do to try to to get this idea somewhere. What website, or anything can I go to, to present this to a company that sells pipes and bongs and stuff.

If anyone is interested in investing I'd like to talk about it after signing something to keep the idea between you and me. But any help would still be appreciated.

I don't want anyone but stoners to take this seriously, so there's no problem (In my mind) there.

It's not like I'm trying to target newlyweds, or businessmen. I'm targeting stoners with this invention

If the patent says it's for marijuana use, it will be totally illegal to sell anywhere. Things that are for tobacco or other plants but can be used for weed are sold at headshops, things that are for illegal drugs are explicitly illegal as drug paraphernalia.

I can tell you right now that unless your product gets me triple baked on half the weed I will not be driving across 2 states just to get your paraphernalia invention lol. Gas is to expensive and apple bongs are to easy to build.

I am not trying to bring down your idea but why limit the market that you can target by putting a weed label on it? Even if you're not about the money then just consider the people that may not have access to the same shops/regulations as you. If you think your product is that great then it should deserve the chance to "help out" a lot of people If you are really interested in promoting and pushing this idea more then feel free to message me with some thoughts or questions. I do consulting work for a lot of online dropshippers and manufacturers so I might be able to help you out

Makes a lot more sense to be selling on the internet and in smokeshops in 50 states, than selling out of your living room because you had to put that it was for pot, instead of any herbal medicine or tobacco, as one determines fit.

I have to agree about the idea of saying it's for tobacco use. It benefits everyone involved and prevents any possible danger for anyone involved. Especially since the legal status of medical marijuana is so iffy. You should make it so that everyone can buy your product and benefit from it, unless you believe that it would only be useful to medical patients, which could very well be a valid argument depending on the product, but still I think it's best to avoid any possible legal issues that could come from selling marijuana paraphernalia in a country where marijuana, and marijuana paraphernalia ore illegal on a federal level. Just some friendly advice.

 

It would just seem like lying stupid (and actually nasty) bullshit if I made it a tobacco product.

It could benefit ANY MJ smoker. But can really ONLY benefit MJ smokers...

I'd rather make it a legal, patient, product.

Figure out some other thing it could be used for completely, and label it as that.

Because it's just NOT a tobacco product...

 

There are other options, I'm only using tobacco because it's the most popular. Most vaporizers are sold for use with medicinal herbs and such. You could simply say that it is for use with medicinal herbs and you would be being completely honest. If it's not a product that can be used with tobacco then people won't use it with tobacco, regardless of what it's sold as. I don't think that most glass pipes are used to smoke tobacco, even though they're sold under the label "for tobacco use only." Don't think of it as being dishonest, think of it as fucking the system that's trying to fuck marijuana smokers, medical patients included.
