yeaaa so theres a new law in ohio its called ovuid operating vehicle under influence of drugs...... they pull u over cotton swab your mouth if u have smoked in the last 30 days your fucked and are getting basicaly the same thing as dui..... my buddy has already been busted and didnt even hve anything on him... BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow....that's really lame. You may have come in contact with pot in the last month so we're giving you ticket for that even though we have no ideas what happend. ugh.
Fuck man... this is so retarded... we should at least be free of those kinds of actions in society, not everyone smokes dope like a dumbfuck... no wonder suicides increase every year, and poverty increases, we keep getting trapped in little boxes... society is becoming way too demanding (not just for this law), while occasional marijuana smokers get busted for smoking their monthly or weekly dope, the popo and the government are enjoying all of this with their bottle of wine and their 5 daily coffees/donuts which they end up dying of heart attacks eventually... If they think arresting a guy that smoked a joint a month ago will decrease the shit happening due to drugrings and organized crimes, those dumbasses are doing the wrong thing... honestly all I can think of these days, is decriminalization or a complete legalization of marijuana... Of course there'll still be crimes, and sales of harder drugs, but man... at least I am convinced this'll stop a lot of happenings. As a human , we have responsabilities and freedoms, and for those who take the conscious action of smoking a joint once in a while for personal reasons; stress deliverance, spiritual, social, whichever reason may be.. that's a fuckin stupid law... P People like to focus their attention on one thing, hopefully the people who made those decisions will eventually receive a big kick in the behind realizing this law is completely futile and will absolutely do nothing, only get a few extra dollars in the fuckers pockets
I have a question, do they just pull over people and do these tests at random? cuse I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I think that counts as illegal search and seizure, Habeus Corpus(sp?) or profiling.
i really gotta get out of this country....... ohio drug laws are fairly leniant compared to other states but it just gets worse and worse... i think its too late for us to make much of a difference in the U.S. anymore theres gotta be user friendly places somewhere that focus more on the economy and environment instead of drugs and wars and building up the armed forces....
Come to Montreal bro... smoke shops are slowly opening, you can bring your weed and order something on the menu and smoke up on the patio without fear of the popos... Legal drinking age is 18, and overall its pretty friggin easy going dude
they can pull u over for just about anything and give u the test for probable cause.... so basically its at the cops discretion.... it doesnt really matter there cops.....
yeaaaaaaaa i always hear about how canada is real chill and that B.C. is like amsterdamn any truth to this???? ive only been to winsor before........ are there any touristy things there??? Im in college to be a tour guide so i gotta have something like that.... unless i go to school for longer
Ohio? Man thats the place where cops were first called pigs. Now ya know why. Contact the ACLU, find out your rights and maybe they'll start a move to repeal that law. Bustramp
Honestly... what a sorry state this country is in. I heard about this law a few months ago, but this is the first I've heard of someone getting busted. I mean, how the fuck do they know if you were getting a ride somewhere and all your friends baked out the car? This person who could have never smoked before could get pulled over the next day and be arrested on drug charges? If this law stays I am personally organizing a coup. -Mike
well that may suck, but you guys still have this: Possession , Incarceration, Fine Less than 100 g minor misdemeanor*** none $100 ***A minor misdemeanor does not create a criminal record in Ohio http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4557
Sheesh that sucks. I live pretty close to Ohio, and go over there fairly often. Hell, PA will probably get that law if they don't already.
thats lame...might well go speeding down downtown with a blunt in one hand and loaded bong in my lap who are these people that pass this stupid laws?
Yeah, but I guess if you smoke any you better wait at least a month to go out of your house to drive anywhere. -Mike
that is some shit right there....if it ever gets like that in cali im just gonna say fuck it & move to canada
