So who is excited about the new album, Lonerism, coming out in a week? I got a leak of it and it is awesome, totally blows Innerspeaker away in terms of musical depth. I listened to the new album one time so far. It seems to be getting rave reviews, but I don't care much for their sound. They sound a bit like the Beatles, only with a heavier, more acidic guitar sound. They're not bad, just rather derivative.
Oh god but the sound is so full. Lots of bands have just too much space in their sound, this album is just so rich and detailed, like a huge psychedelic painting.
