I am newly interested in finding a Rainbow gathering. I am in Western New York and realize I just missed last year's National Gathering in PA. Washington state won't be practical this year so I was hoping to find a smaller regional gathering. I have only found Family in NYC but hope for something on this side of the state. Anybody out there from this area?
I hope something comes up this summer on the east coast,since most of the family is on the west coast this summer ,some one out there is hopefully finding a spot to have a nice north east regional.Any one thats experienced with seed camp and knows the raps and how to build shitters and set up kitchens can find a site somewhere and post it online and I guarantee others will follow and it wil grow and the rainbow spirit will follow.Remember no one is in charge of rainbow,We are all in charge and if everyone is waiting for someone else to find a site and set up a seed camp it might never happen.We all have to put the energy into to it to make it happen
I went up to NY state to try to find the Ithaca gathering earlier this month but basically just camped with the people I went up there with. The national forest trail the regional was supposed to be at was closed for chemical spraying in nearby cow pastures. Yuck!
