    Hi. I'm new. Checking out the site. I'm an ageing hippy, into consciousness expansion without drugs. Dumbo never needed a feather to fly. But it doesn't mean that I'm anti pot. I just haven't needed it to expand my consciousness lately. Naturally stoned, maybe. Tuned in, turned on and dropped out many years ago.
    Never, never a Yuppie!
    Always thought the movement was about growing comprehension based on experience, and found out that while youth valued expansion, age presents experience that directs expansion. What I believed at 19 has been altered by the years between 19 and 58.
    But, as an ageing hippy, I have kept the faith, and my comprehension of life, and adjustments to beliefs, still make the value of consciousness the point of life.
    If I can't have the "ah ha!" moment at 58, I might as well sink into the couch and watch old movies till I lose interest in the whole thing.
