How am I supposed to cope with this? I recently had surgery on my c-ck and I had to have stitches sewn in. It was a cyst caused by a skin infection. Normally I jack it about 3-5 times a day. If I don't get any sexual release in a long period of time, I go crazy. At least I'm single and I don't have a woman who has to suffer the abstinence with me. What can I do to make this less stressful? What's the longest time you've had to go without jacking or jilling off?
I had a partial circumcision last year, and due to the stitches (10, in all) I was in very much a similar situation, having been advised not to have sex for about 4 weeks (obviously including masturbation), as this would pull at the stitches. However, after a week I couldn't cope any more & worked out a compromise. Using plenty of water based lube I was able to apply enough stimulation to the coronal ridge of the glans to reach orgasm without having to pull at the shaft whatsoever, thus preventing any strain on the stitches. It took quite a bit of will power not to revert to the familiar grip, but knowing the possible outcome if I did was incentive enough. I continued using this method until the stitches had all safely dissolved & still use this same method once in a while, just for a bit of variety. Even when it was healed sufficiently to be able to return to proper masturbation, I found it was like having to learn how to masturbate all over again & vary the techniques slightly to accommodate the loss of some of the foreskin, although now that the glans has lost much of its sensitivity I find I can mainly masturbate in the same ways as I always used to.
Tyu putting lube on a vibe and placing on the glans just under your knob. On occasion this can make me cum without any other stimulation. Might work for you too.
Try inserting the small tip of a vibrator (or something with a smooth small tip) into your urethra & pushing it in & out slowly with lube added for more slip. You will soon feel the urge to cum within a short time. You wont need to be concerned about your stitches getting pulled either.
