I have no plans for Friday......nothing

I did purchase a rolling machine I have always rolled by hand and never used the rolling machine and I must say.....I like the rolling machine...it rolls perfect even joints every time

 

i have a parts truck in the yard and will probably take it apart a bit today

 

A lady friend I've worked with, and another really smart woman I know BOTH got new comps with that win 8...said that were having major problems with them! really complaining, and these 2 are def not like be, in that they are very techno savy...like you. :2thumbsup: Anyway, I told them this dude on my forum had been major problems too, and you know what you are doing on a computer. (Even I know this.)

I know when several computer smart, techno savy people are having problems with the same comp tech shit...it can't be Just You...so win 8 has to be a Major Fail.

BABY!!!! I would literally be estatic!!! Night alive, Broony...especially since you have beat the bitch in the bottle...dang if I would not immediately jump on growing. I'm totally for real. Edibles are sooo different from smoking, and quite wonderful.

For what it's work, I would be (and sort of am) willing to stake it all in saying that God doesn't care if you partake of marijuana. It's a wonderful, natural thing. Eating it, and doing it in moderation is key...I've eatten more than I should and passed out, become like mobilized. I couldn't move. lol, but that is true. Anyway, my thought is if I wasn't such a p***y, I would be making some solid plans, and I would immediately start my own prowing plans then. Growing will always be more satisfying, I think.

I've been looking into how to correct throid problems. Salt, having iodine was one thing that came up. Not to overdo...but how needed it is. Also potassium...which is also in salt, correct?

It just occured to me is there is any connection between either throid stuff and/or a lack in the iodine and/or potassium..and ms? Have I said that so it made sense? I know what I'm trying to say, and I understand it. Am I that messed up or does the question make sense to you also? Anyway...

I know my boy has been going to a gym, Coop's is the name...probably upper SC/local...for like 6 years, and 2 year's before that to Gold's. He is 6'4", and naturally has a very slim frame. I'm not going to get into a Freudian thing about how "fine" he looks...that stinkin' creepy/weird when I hear men or women go on about their kids.

but, ANYWAY, he is now weighs 190, and may get down to 180..he will normally stay at about 200-210. He was 6'2", 135 pounds in the 9th/10th grade and was maybe 145 lbs when he graduated. Just saying HIS advise to get "in shape" like you describe wanting to do is to find a good routine. And that picture Rollin put up there IS ideally how you want to look, without steriods. Photo dude's muscles are big (YUM for an old lady!) but he is also nicely proportional. All those exercises rollin has suggested, my son had said too and sit-ups with low weights, legs-things (ha) with how weigths.

I'm going to ask him about this. It helps me to remember to do the right exercises for what. If I'd ever get my ass up and clean this house, like I've been saying for over an hour, that will be my exercise today. He tells me to do squats to a low chair to get my leg back in shape.

Using those weights machines can be/is important, as is-if not more, the regular exercising using just low weights...but exercising all parts of that upper body, but also make sure and do the next exersises, back muscles...etc.

Now that ^ is a perfect example of character building. :2thumbsup:

I began reading the Twight Series, and I thought I might have suffered minor brain damage, and began reading IMMEDIATELY Lee Childs's book, A Wanted Man. My brain settled down, I knew the synapses were still working. I began the 2nd book of this Greatly and Highly Successful series, New Moon. Dear God, it's like I began to feel like I was loosing brain cells if I kept reading that. But...this series is million dollar successful, complete down to a MOVIE SERIES. So, who am I to say that those books aren't great; but, In Order to just hold on what tenuous grip I have on sanity I found another "main book" to read. I began reading Stephen Kings, 11/22/63.

I am using New Moon as my bathroom book, and when I finish with 11/22/63. I'll re-take up New Moon...watch out everyone. lol

I also know as I type this that I will ALSO get something else to read. I borrowed both the Lee Childs and the Stephen King from the library and will be getting at least 2 more of something, pronto, when I go back.

But hey, if you enjoyed it...the more power to ya'. It certainly had "an effect" on me.

I LIKED the movie, Snow White and the Huntsman, starring Kristen Stewart. I might like the movies more.

I'm reading these books because my dear friend who has a woman crush on Rob Pattinson insisted that I read these books. This is, no doubt, so that I would eventually relate to "Rob Love". So, that's not workin' out for her.

 

I envy you a sister. The closest thing I have to a sister is "making" (ha) me read that Twilight Series. As I've already indicated, I'm having to take breaks from that. This must be a good time for families to visit, since my brother and spouse will be coming in a month. Hence the housecleaning I keep procrastinating.

Though this girl who said she grow for me..is a little insane. She wont grow for me unless i have a card (which is dumb) or we make some kind of deal outta it. She is hot, and she wants me, she has always wanted me...and i actually got her on top of the clothes dryer one drunk night years ago and got my fingers in her, that was it...i wouldn't mind having her... It wont happen though, but she loooves broony, thinks im the most beautiful man ever.

See i can't grow weed legally, but i can take guns in places many many cant. I choose the guns..

What i want to grow in my house is magic mushrooms...cause i dont know anybody, i mean not a single person who grows shrooms...maybe cause nobody knows how, or they are lost and wont tell anyone...

I also dont want to put my time into marijuana right now, its not the right time in my life, and if i want to grow i will do it. Plus i know a dozen people easy, all home-growers, and can hook me up.
