i almost got arrested tonite

and 3 of my friends did












fuckin cops.....

why?

 

naw. they covered for me the whole time (fuckin sweethearts <3) but i feel bad cuz they came to see me n then they got busted when they did. possession of marijuana, underage drinking (1/2 a gallon of Capt. Morgans ), paraphenalia, and driving without their drivers license (it was at home) but they covered for me n said i hadnt been drinkin/smokin (even tho i had) n since we were right outside of my house, the cops let me go. the cop was bout to cuff me tho cuz they said my taste buds were raised up or somethin?? n i was actin funny. but then my friend dale told them i really hadnt been doin anythin. crazy nite...i thought my ass was busted for sure....

There are sick bastards... Instead of doing something really useful, they're blocking traffic all the time and arresting people for weed! The same thing happened to my friend this summer when he bought some weed and wanted to surprise me... Somehow he managed to go after few hours... With one package of weed (about 10 grams) they can send you to prison on 5 years... And when it comes to alcohol here, they don't give a shit even if you are 13...
But weed is bad and for junkies, alcohol is not that dangerous!

 

no, i just think its retarded that cops spend so much of their time busting ppl for possession of weed. but u are right, they are just doing their jobs. but i think the lawmakers should legalize weed so i wouldnt have to be mad at cops for doing their jobs


i really should have said "stupid fucking neighbors" cuz my neighbors were the ones who called the cops reporting a "suspicious car" which is bullshit cuz we were just chillin right by his car talkin (not makin any noise at all really) and they fuckin call the cops on us. fuckin nosy bitches....

 

Burby, you have to remember that amerikkka is supposed to be the land of the free, when you are not even allowed to use a fucking plant for spiritual enlightenment. but alcohol is worse, and somehow that is legal. i dont think people get mad at the cops for doing their jobs, but for enforcing unjust laws. you shouldnt be arrested for doing something that harms noone else. however, those kids were drinking and driving, so they got what they deserved. but if you are in the privacy of your own home, it shouldnt matter what you do, as long as you dont harm anyone else.

My younger brother is going to become a cop and it angers me very much to hear some kids who were drinking and driving and doing stupid shit bitch about getting in trouble.. BOO HOO!! dont do stupid stuff, if you are going to do stupid stuff, do it at home then...damn..

For the most part if you drink underage or use pot in your own home or private area you have nothing to worry about. You and your friends made a big mistake hanging out outside by an unusual car, in a driveway (I presume) for all of the neighbors to see. In my opinion you were asking for it. Now, I'm no cop supporter, but in this case they very well could have saved either one of your friends lives or the lives of innocent people on the road. Even if the driver hadn't been drinking the drunk passengers would have probably been an obnoxious distraction and greatly increased the chances of an accident.


If you are going to partake in underage drinking or smoke pot. I say try a little harder to keep it undercover and, most definately, keep it from endangering the lives of your friends or other people on the road!!!

Hopefully, instead of being stubborn, maybe you and your friends can use this as an enlightening experience :H

 

The police are an arm of the state. I dont think its right to get all pisse doff when someone is frustrated with them, as that happens naturaly, but its the fucking state thats to blame.

On topic... If you know you're doing something illegal and get caught, you have no one to blame but yourselves. Don't blame the police for doing their job. Someone called them, they came.
It's not up to you which laws are fair/unfair.....just don't do those things in public. Or is it not as much fun unless you can show off and be *like omg soooo kewl*...
