This is true. I only wish for people to take a step back, look at their lives, and move only towards peace and happiness... neither of which can be bought.
well, if people think that way, they think that way. Happiness, to me, is appreciating everything I already have.
hes shoving his beliefs down peoples throats. sorry. dont dig it. its the way you say everything, like youre on your high horse teaching all of us unenlightened people how to TRUELY live. sorry man. people come here to vent. unwind. take up time when theyre bored. not to be told their living their lives wrong.
I can't allow myself to be so complacent. My goal here is... at least put a peaceful idea out there - so that in some way it will effect someone... who will effect someone, etc etc... so that perhaps when I die and come back to this lil rock near the sun the world is a better place. That, I believe, is how living a "good" life puts you in "heaven" or "hell". You work to make the world a better place, it will become a better place, you work toward stepping on everyones head on your climb to the top, the world responds as such. Gotta thing hundreds of years, but in that regard everything you do impacts the future of the world in some way. Appreciating what is already here is exactly where happiness lies
right, wrong, you choose both. I just want you to ask the question *why* before everything you do... we must all hold ourselves accountable for everything we do, every action, all the time. If everyone can accept only that, the world will become a better place... nothing is more important. There is no "correct" time for me to say what I have to say, nobody ever wants to hear it, everyone wants to do exactly as they please with no regard to how their actions now affect the next generation, and the generation after that. Nobody is ever in the "mood" to hear that, but it must be said.
