so, i have a crush on this guy. we hang out almost everyday and he's very flirty, buys me things, etc. however, when i told him that i liked him, he said he didn't want a relationship (or anything serious) right now. he has also told others that he thinks "we would be perfect" together. basically, i'm really confused, because he seems really into me, but is holding back. whenever i am at his house, he always asks me to stay the night. whenever i do, nothing happens. we just sleep. it's really sweet, because i'm in no hurry to have sex with him, but there's no cuddling, etc. so, i'm not sure where to go with this one. i'm thinking i should just go with it...but i've never been in something like this, so i just don't know. any suggestions?

Well, if you like it this way...then fine...but if you want more than that, chances are it's not going to happen anytime soon...don't get your hopes up.

annie's right....he isn't ready for a relationship now, and knows it, so wants to keep your friendship instead of messing you around :) maybe in the future you'll have a relationship with him, but don't hold out for him whilst letting other guys slip by

To me, it kind of sounds like he's holding you in reserve for a later date.... he doesn't want a relationship but he buys you things, flirts with you, likes to sleep in the same bed with you... I'm not trying to be negative, because it sounds like you're great friends, and that can be the basis for a wonderful relationship down the road. Just be careful :)
