now I know why I hate

wearing glasses. Ive been wearing my old pair of glasses since wednesday, because I lost one of my contacts (and they are rigid ones, so I dont have any extra pairs)...... everything looks so different, and it puts strains on your ears and nose. I dont know how I wore glasses for so long. I just hate how I look in them........ I much prefer contacts. I cant wait until I get my new ones. I had to retrain my eyes, because I have to cut meat to a certain weight. everything I was cutting was too heavy, so I had to retrain my eyes to cut things which appear to me of a thinner piece..... and then I had to deal with grease getting on my glasses, and temperature changes, and glasses fogging up, and dishwasher steam fogging them up........ they are such a pain.

 

yes, i wear contacts too. hope u get a new pair soon

I hate contacts
my eyes feel gross in them, the contacts never seem to sit quite right. I gave up on 'em a few years ago. Glasses make my eyes look pretty anyways

ive been blind for like 2 days now & have lots of bruises cuz of it. i cant see what im doing unless im reading or on the computer or something like that. i ran right into the sliding glass door last night. even though i hate glasses i wish i at least had some. in fact i think my old ones are around someplace. id look for them but i cant see

 

I wear sunglasses 90% of the time because I am in th habbit of constant migraine, so the shade kinda help hide the pain in my eyes.

first few weeks
couldn't quite see right with 'em anyways. I think they may've screwed up the prescription, it didn't seem to be of the same strenght as my glasses are.

I like my glasses, I'll stick with 'em. Other folks can use contacts if they want.

 

I do think women with glasses isnt that bad, everyone is beautiful in their own way, hey just have to find it appearnce wise.

my friend can never tell which one is clearer during the eye test, so he just picks one, and he can never see well with his contacts in because of that

 

omg, how could they let he/she choose one. he'll have to go through some tests. a good pair do work.

my eyes are noticeably different in depth perception when i don't hve my glasses on, t'wasn't me. it takes me a while to adjust to new glasses too, cuz the frame/curve/something is different

 

duh, thats what Im going through now.

it just takes awhile for your eyes to adjust to it, and you have to retrain your eyes.
