    On Vancouver Island there are beaches at Thetis Lake peir (Victoria) and about 3 other places in the Victoria area; Nanaimo River (Nanaimo River Road, Nanaimo BC); There is a Beach on Hornby Island ...and more

    3 Mile beach in Penticton BC. And the Police are quite open about it. eg. If you have a Dog and you ask them where is a beach that is Off Leash area. The police will tell you that 3 Mile is Off Leash and also a Nude Beach.
