Hi. I want to know what is the best nutrient for lowryders and what is the best way of Ventilation for indoor growing.

I live in the UK and the only plant supply store nearby is b&q and they only seem to do plant food by babybio. Is this any good for lowryders? Is there any type of food that I should look out for.

Also how would I ventilate a crop of 21 plants growing in the kitchen. It is still too cold to leave the window open. How important is ventilation? Any advice on this welcome, thanks.

Sorry, I can't advise about your weather or what brand of Nutes to get (you blokes have different stuff on the shelf). Actually, as long as it's not freezing or frosty cold, you should be able to open the window, at least a few times a day to let some fresh air in.

    "How important is ventilation?"
It's very important - and often overlooked or taken for granted. If the plants are couped up in a 'drobe or closet, ventilation is critical. If they're "out in the open" it's still important. So get that fan and get it hooked up so you can watch those babies dance in the breeze!
