Health care Tzar, would that be like the public Education Tzar also known as the Secretary of education?

I love how she brought up Terri Shivo by the way, what it the opposite of a platitude?, that seems to be how she uses the term Nazi.

I even checked out her website it looked like the web master for heavensgate.org designed it, that of course is just my opinion.

She also mentioned the example of the boy who was kidnapped by his mother earlier this summer when she was criticized for refusing treatment for her son based on religious reasons, why I ask?

 

I couldn't care less about her website or even who she is. I have never seen nor heard of her before. All I know is that what she said in the video is accurate, so that's why I posted it.

Free people don't allow tyrants to dictate how they must live their lives or what they can or cannot do with their bodies. It's a difference between being free and being a slave.

Obama's health plan is just another way of controlling people and administering a Naziesque eugenics plan.

The Nazi comparison is accurate because Obama's plan would DENY (because of rationing) care to those who are elderly and terminally ill. This comes DIRECTLY from Hitler's system.

I agree that the tyrants that get shuffled around every four years dictate our lives by turning there opinions into laws, I think the public vote should be a direct reflection of the laws and policies of the people, not just the opinions of various administrations that have normally very little they disagree on in the first place.

the nazi health care system, called "neue deutsche heilkunde" was primarily a preventive health care system that insisted in using proved alternative treatment methods alongside school-medicine (i hope thats the right term). the most important goal of the nazi health system was to keep as many ppl as possible in working and fighting condition, with less regards to the long time health.

the part for which the "nazi health system" is most well known today is the "sozialdarwinistische rassenhygiene", an "ethic" invented my the nazis. in course of this "ethic" hundred thousands of ppl were forcefully sterialiced, human experiments were performed that resulted in thousands of dead and the murder of thousands of ill and challenged ppl, known as "euthanasie" at these times.

however pressed_rat, i cant see the similarities between obamas plans and the nazi "health care system".

if decisions of an adult may lead to the death or illness of a non-adult (like an adult not allowing the treatment of a child for religious reasons), the gouverment HAS the right to enforce treatment of the child.

Anyone who has an opinion is biased. I am. You are. Everyone is biased to some degree. However, much of what she is saying is fact, and can be backed up simply by looking at what Obama is proposing and what is seen under other state-run systems. Most of what she is saying isn't news if you've been paying attention.

 

Under Hitler's system, the elderly, terminally ill, etc., were denied treatment and allowed to die or were euthanized because they were deemed inferior and too much of a cost to the Reich. This is basic elementary-level history. It would be the same thing under rationed health care, where certain people are denied treatment because they are either too old, too sick, etc. It all boils down to eugenics.

How much more self-explanatory can it get, really?

But what makes the government the ultimate deciders, when that same government kills tens of thousands of people every year both at home and abroad? They should be the LAST people making decisions for people's children. The notion that it's somehow normal or right for the government to have ANY say in people's lives whatsoever is a product of domestication, just like there are domesticated sheep who simply hang around to be slaughtered, having been cleansed of their natural survival instincts. People have been conditioned to worship their oppressors. They, too, have been cleansed of their natural survival and preservation instincts and are little more than domesticated sheep waiting around for the slaughter.

But I am not even talking about this. I am talking about people's right to choose the care they want, not having the type of care they can or cannot receive dictated to them. Because while there is a push on for socialized medicine, there is also a push to restrict people's access to supplements, non-GMO foods and alternative medical treatments.

I made this a joke before but its a fact. If you were starving and or faced malnutrition and went to the hospital to get a meal. You might be poverty level ect. The hospital fixes you up, pop a IV into you, give you a meal and places to go for food sends you on your way, ect..

What did you really get from this visit? A IV, check up meal and out the door.. You cant pay the bill, But welfare pays the hospital $1,200.00 Maybe even more.. Think about it. What if the state gave you a thousand dollar check instead..\

Even more Crazy that i worked in a hospital and seen some inpatient bills for mental health treatments. In the 20K range for 10 days in the hospital. Holy Fuck .. If you gave the patient 20k do you think that they would have mental heath problems??

i dont know about your country, but in my country parents HAVE TO do anything possible to make sure their offsprings are well. if a certain medical treatment will save a childs live or if not treating a child will get it into lethal danger, the parents MUST allow this treatment to be provided for the child (and no, this doesnt cost them a bit). if the parents dont want to provide this treatment for their child, the doctor has to do it nontheless if the child is in immidiate danger and if its not in immidiate danger the hospital can be given the child custody for the time of the necessary treatment until the child is healthy again.

bullshit. especially with childs the HUMAN RIGHT of LIVING is the most important aspect. a child often doesnt know what is best for itself and is normally influenced heavily by its upbringing - if mum and dad say a blood transfusion is bad, it is bad. however, in such cases the law protects the child - the child has the right to live - when it is grown up an can decide for itself it can do whatever it wants with its live, but until then the law protects it from itsef and others.

What rationing, are you referring to the fact that the baby boomers are now entering there twilight years and theirs going to be an extra stress put upon this new system because of that fact?

Where in the health care proposal does it mention the rationing of care to the terminally ill or the elderly, or is this just a conclusion that some people have arrived at based on the rising population of elderly?

 

Rationing is something that happens regularly under state-run health care. It's common knowledge.

So how are the chronically ill and those towards the end of there lives treated now?

Death happens, and it's unavoidable, but I don't see how someone admitting the obvious fact that the very sick and the elderly are going to spend more time in hospitals and therefore cost the system more money adequate them to being similar to Nazi's.

As far as I read euthanasia or anything like it wasn't mentioned, it was a discussion of the difficulties that are ahead and ways in which to solve them.

Nor did I read that care would be denied to these people, in my opinion though I guess it's never to early to get all Orwellian on the topic of national health care, or anything for that matter.

I agree, it seems that many people don't think that there stance against something is strong enough on it's own and are constantly trying to compare it to Nazi Germany.

It just seems cheap to me, and if I had any taste or refinement to begin with I would find it in strict opposition of it.

 

The people who run America hold the same belief system as those behind Nazi Germany. Maybe not Obama, who is just a spineless little puppet, but those pulling his strings.

Obviously neither of you have studied the history of eugenics and the influence it has had on some of the key players in this system. Look into the American Eugenics Society and some of the big names that funded it. Heck, look at Planned Parenthood and the racist who founded it. Look at some of the horrendous things she said about blacks and those she believed to be of "inferior stock."
