On Location: Occupy L.A. upstages film production at City Hall http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/entertainmentnewsbuzz/2011/11/on-location.html ZW
I was thinking about that a while ago. I was actually watching some Dragnet at the time. And thought "well I guess they wouldnt be filming there anytime soon." opps. I was wondering if other filming or the use of this Occupy Movement would be used in a current tv sitcom / possibly one where the teens in the family rebels / It seems odd to ignore it when other family world issues are driving in the programmings.

They pulled a "Bloomberg" last night with a midnight raid and arrested about 200 in LA from what I read this morning..... Sad.....
The Los Angeles police chief says more than 200 Occupy LA protesters were arrested as over a thousand officers moved in to dismantle the Occupy LA City Hall Camp. We really do live in a police state. Anyone who can look at pictures of police in riot gear marching to interrupt a peaceful demonstration and still say we are not living in a police state is an idiot. Everyone call 1-877-527-3247 (LAPD'S anonymous crime tip line, and yes you get to talk to a real person) and report this as a crime.
What's with all the drawn weapons? Are they really ready to shoot people who don't move? Is this intimidation supposed to scare people? Is the Police State getting scared of the Occupy movement? You see what the Senate just passed?!!! A new law that allows the gov't to detain anyone indefinitely without charge!!! You could just "disappear" and never been seen again, and never get a day in court...
did they really pass that shit? fuck. fuck. fuck. we are FUCKED. This is going to turn an open occupy movement into an underground resistance.
