[rant]you know what gets annoying? things switch back and forth so frequently on the forums. sometimes you can change thread titles, right now you cant.

sometimes you can write in all capitals, say for an acronym or something. sometimes it will only let you capitalize the first in a series of consecutive letters.

then display settings and all manner of other things switch all the time, seemingly at random. i dont understand this.
