Ive got a worker who is also a friend that lives near by, the dudes almost 30 and it seems like a regular pattern of "OH i want to kill myself" or "Im just gonna pack a bag and hit the road"

I am 54 and my Fiance is 19!
I have three grown children 27-18 and 16.
NONE of them have a problem with my relationship and are happy that we are happy.
