    Wow...I was being really moronic there...working on a PhD and snorting glass cleaner. I didn't want to do it anymore, especially after I read what you fuckers had to say. COLD. But I needed to hear it. So, I just, um, stopped? Yeah, basically (with a little help from the benzo of my choice: Ativan!)

    Congratulations. There are a lot of things that are hard to stop. Don't let Ativan get out of control on you.

    Working on PhD is something that is very important to you? Go 100% or don't go at all. Either give up on school or give up on getting high every day. At the very least limit your intake to nights and weekends, best is to stop altogether or limit to occasional weekend use.

    Every night is bad, and quitting for good is great, but boring.. Just limit it to once or twice a week. I have to say though, most of the thread here doesn't make sense... So if I am speaking out of line feel free to clarify.
