Okay so I'm a girl with rosy cheeks and they kinda rule my life! I need help please?!

I know that this may seem silly to others, but, I really need to get some advice on this situation! Thanks if you read this and if comment back to me! Greatly appreciate your time!

Well I'm a 20 year old girl and I am pretty as people tell me I am, but, I have this one problem! I know it is irrational, but, I hate my rosy cheeks! They are always kinda pink, when I walk they get hot and when I'm in work they get rosy too as I sometimes get embarassed when I talk to people for now real reason! Also when I'm in college I can feel uncomfortable and I know that my face will get rosy then!

It was never a problem until like 2 years ago when someone pointed out that I had rosy cheeks and asked me why was I embarassed?! I know that this is irrational, but, now I'm always thinking do my cheeks look really red and are people looking at them?! Its crap aswell, because when I see someone that I like I always blush and can't really hide my feelings! My chest also gets sort of rosy too, so I don't like to wear low tops that expose it!

I know I am very silly and this is such a stupid problem, but, I have become fixated on it and don't know what to do! It kind of made me depressed there for a good while, but, I have thankfully come out of that!

I don't like make-up so I wouldn't wear that to cover them up anyway!
I just want to know if anyone had any suggestions about how I can stop thinking about my rosy cheeks and not let this one factor rule my life.... as I'm often afraid of doing things because my face will get red and people will judge me. I wish that I could just have a plain pale face, that doesn't have all the colour!

Does anyone actually like rosy cheeks, do you think they are attractive or what can I do?

Yes it is real, I swear! I'm just a bit mad I suppose! I mean I have like rosy cheeks most of the time, but, they get can get more red when I talk to people as I I feel conscious about them. I just look like I'm embarassed or something! Would it turn you off someone? I'm not being conceited, I just want to know am I mad for really being this bothered by my silly cheeks? I'm Irish so we have that Celtic complexion of fare skin and rosy cheeks!

Ive always wanted rosy cheeks. Sometimes they show up, especially if its hot/ive been active/ive been eating really healthy...i dont know why ive always wanted them. Guess its cool to learn to love what we have eh. Were both perfectly fine, methinks is the answer Unless yo have a medical thing going on. I know theres something where you can blush too easily, dont know what its called

verseau_miracle, thanks! Its mad to think you want them so maybe I should be happy with them, I am a pretty healthy eater so maybe thats wht I have them and I don't know if its medical. I have always been a pretty bashful person sometimes, but, they use to go away but now, they are just tinted rosy the whole time!

 

No, its not as extreme as Rosacea, I know what that is, its just that I look a bit embarassed and hot sometime with it, but, its not that red... more pink and I feel a bit silly because people must think I'm embarassed and it makes me feel weak or something!

I'm alright like! thats why I don't want to put up a photo because I'm not like one of these people to be like ah heres a photo of me, what do you think or anything!

you know there are people walking around with half a face and disfigurements out of the ass..be glad you only have a pink hue to your cheeks... It's not that big of a deal...

I know, I'm sorry. Thats what I always tell myself, but, its just this thing that I can't get out of my head. I always think about other people that have been disfigured or have had trauma or something like that and it makes me feel even more stupid. I'm very grateful for everything that I have and I know I shouldn't feel like this mystical, but, its something that just won't go away if you get me. People have much bigger problems that this I know and mine is just silly.
