Is anyone else in a drought right now? I've only been smoking for a year but for three or four weeks now I haven't been able to find any Dro or KB from anyone. This is the worst I've seen it in my short time smoking and its pissing me off. Luckily theres still 20 bags of haze here and there, but you cant roll blunts with that shit, way too expensive. I haven't been able to buy an 1/8 in a while... just always these 20 dollar grams which is too expensive. If this keeps up I'm going to either move someplace where ganj is more plentiful or find a new hobby, because being poor and jobbless, I dont have the money to keep up with this haze...

Just want to thank the DEA for forcing me to smoke all that "new super potent marijuana". Keep up the oppression, you're doing a great job!

I know I'm across the ocean in 'ol Blighty, but it's dried up for weed around here completely. It was always a shit area for weed, but it had res everywhere. Now weed is completely dry, and res (despite the fact I don't want res) is dissapearing rapidly.

I heard tell it was a few of the major suppliers to the area getting busted. Damn pigs :(

I dony know, I've been dry all summer and thats because I havent been in contact with my dealers. From what my friends are saying there still is a large supply here.

    Dude quit being an ass.

If it wasn't for the DEA everyone could get good dealers.

But I'm pretty sure the DEA is still around.

If your dealer can't get bud for weeks at a time they are shitty, if you can't buy that at least they are unreliable. That one thing makes a dealer shitty to me.

seriously... if you check out google news... and add up the amount of marijuana that has been seized in the past month from articles... i bet its probably a few tons... and thats an understatement...

yea aboutsider... i can understand in the cities it may be tough... especially when they're now deporting a shit load of mexicans and shit that are involved in big drug trafficing that goes from twin cities to chicago... i know like 2 weeks ago they deported 8 from lacrosse(dunno if you know where that is, its bout 30min from where i live, in Wi)... and yea... there is like no schwag what so ever in this town anymore... but theres plenty of nugs... meaning.. they're crackin down on the mexicans and leavin the hippie home growin dudes alone

i cant really concieve of a dealer 'runnign dry'. i mean sure sometiems they cant get you what you want when you need it, but thats because they dont carry pounds of weed around

It's dry because the outdoor crops are still growing. It always gets dry this time of year in many places.

Unfortunately, it's times like these where the DEA comits it's greatest crime. Not just hauling all that pot off the market, but the resulting drought causes many a young person to go to their dealer (who can always get something, right?) and end up buying a different, often harder drug due to the absence of pot.

If there is any truth to the gateway theory, it is this: The lack of good weed causes people to try worse drugs to get high. This is why soft & hard drugs must be separated, and soft drugs allowed to be obtained easily without legal interference.

It's so much BETTER for all involved, especially the kids who don't know any better.

Keep them on weed and they'll stay off hard drugs.

Stop making criminals out of them!

I've been smoking pot for over 37 years; it's ALWAYS dry this time of year.
People are out partying more in the summer, plus they have more disposible income.
Although there are lots of indoor gardens, the main bulk of pot that gets sold is grown outdoors. And it's been 10--11 months since the last harvest.
On the other hand, starting in Oct. there will be a glut.

Also I agree with Skip 100%.

yea... rangerdanger and skip do have a point... i guess in the past late summer has always been a dry time around here... but i've changed dealers so much since that time... and have now found more reliable dealers that it doesnt seem like it to me anymore... but yea.. around here always gets dry in late summer and late winter-early spring

as for skips reason for the gateway theory... i cant really concieve that.. i mean... personally if i goto my dealer and he was to say "sorry im all out of weed but i got some coke" i'll be like fuck that shit... but then again he could be like "im all out of weed but i got mushrooms" and i'll be like FUCK YEA! but is mushrooms really a "hard drug"?
