I was thinking tonight, I've pretty much dabbled in these... I've tried knitting, ehhh not keen. I sew when I need to, my nan gave me an old singer sewing machine once when I was an ankle biter. I like to decoupage when I cbf. I really like making pompom's. Crossword's are fun too! What do you like, and dont like?
I love all kinds of puzzle games. I crochet and sew (although I need a new sewing machine) and I dabble in all kinds of crafts. Its relaxing, I think
Well, let's see--I like to crochet (my grandmother taught me how when I was 9), sew (although I could use a new sewing machine--the one I've got now is a hand-me-down from my oldest sister), work jigsaw puzzles, do crosswords and garden, to name a few things! Personally, I wouldn't consider any of these to be "old lady" hobbies!
Ooh, I would love to be able to know how to knit or crochet. I've tried to teach myself with no success.. so I've been thinking of trying to find some sort of class.. an "old lady" class, perhaps.
i too would like to learn to crochet or knit. i like to do random crafts and sew. i also like to put together puzzles, do word searches, sudoku, and if i don't get tooo frustrated with them Cryptograms!!!!
i know lots of young girls (20's) who love to knit and do sudoku and crosswords and word puzzles and things... my gf is 28, she has been knitting forever, she is amazing at it, she knits and crochets crazy fast... she likes new york times crossword too
I also like to glue things. Give me a broken ceramic something that super glue will keep together...but I want ALL the pieces! Or decoupage up a lamp shade. OH YEAH BABY! Gluing things on various type crafts.
