I'm sure this has been asked before, but I was just curious as to what weed prices were from years back. Anytime from even the 90's on back to 60s or 70s. Obviously like now I'm sure different areas of the country had different prices, along w/ all the different strains-although I gotta think there's way more strains and stronger potency now than there was 30 years ago. Yeah so I was just curious how much prices have come up through the years. Also, did people put weed in paper bags back then? What made me think of this was I've seen shows or movies that take place in the 70s & people have their weed in paper bags and I just think really? did they keep em in paper bags back then?

Early 90's u find the dank headies for 35/60. the schwag for 20/35. this was in the midwest too. only hippies really seemed to know what kind bud was back then. since then, quality and the scene has gone downhill, and the prices up. i dont mind the prices going up though.
Late 90's was 50/100, usually lesser quality nugs, had been keefed or were a comercial version of nuggets. schwag went to 25/50. I actually long for these days as there was alot of high quality nugs mixed in that kids got ahold of and were sellin for 50/100 too. You could still find a QP of nugs back then for under 1000 too.

This is all the same area u are at now sinatra, not sure what its like up there now.

That pretty much sounds like what i heard. I was in North Cali in the late 90s and you could still get hash for 10bux a gram. I almost forgot that the old timers would measure herb by the finger.

that doesnt sound much different then there as it does now here. Hash 10 a gram and theres always thai stick going around aswell for 50 a quarter. Skunk is sold at 50 an 8th.

My dad still gets some odd looking hash for cheap which he throws me a blim of sometimes. Pretty weird stuff but good all the same.

He grew up in England though so not sure how different things were there
