the reason medical marijuana isnt legal in most states is because pharmacudical (SP?) companies pay off government officials... im sure there is some way our gov. is profiting off illegal marijuana, everything they do is about money...perhaps they control the importation of buds???
or the growth and sale to the dealers. They could pose as smugglers dealers will be thinkin theyr gettin an overseas shipment when its actually been grown in a massive government warehouse somewhere.
