OMG Help...used bit torrent to download porn...now weird install icon wont delete!!!

Ok i am home alone and bf is comin over tomorrow....downloaded a bit torrent porn thing...now there is this weird install icon on my desktop and i cant delete it, rename it or move it!! help!!!!!!!! I cannot let anyone see this AND its lesbian at that!!! says its being used by another program but its not!!!!! What do i do??? if all else fails can someone tell me how to format my hard drive....omg im freakin out!!!!!!

Ok thanks...I have ad aware and that didnt help either... are these different...i have my windows xp disc if all else fails and its no biggie to format....so can anyone give me directions just in case....it will be greatly appreciated....soooo this has happened to other people too not just me??

try getting the free antivirus too

also search for spy bot search and destry.

and make sure theyre up to date

 

it looks like an installation icon...ya know....the blue bar at the top...looks like a little screen....the thing is it wont move or anything...soo what u r saying is that its a virus???

also ask google about the name of the file, along with something like virus, or spyware

adaware is for spyware and adware
avg is for virus's
