http://www.steiger.org/article_findingtruth.htm give this guy an earfull, so silly its almost funny, had to dig deep for this one... ya this one gets its own thread... "Echoes of "We love you" spread throughout the valley as demon called to demon so it seemed" ha ha ha Mike...
"He was unwillingly, however to let go of his arrogance and his belief that he was in control of this demonic presence in his life." Wow, what an arrogant assumption.
Guess this bro is so far stuck into his own scene that he doesn't realize that his camp doesn't hold the only Christians at Rainbow Gatherings. Gonna have to take this over to AGR, so those folks can get a laugh...
i think its a great article,, i see no muse in the brothers veiw point. he beleives what he beleives.. he has his head trips like the rest of us.. so he had a fucked up gatherin in his minds eye,,seen some weird shit he didnt comprehend.. perhaps they was lotsa folks trippin balls etc.. hes a christian,, an the vibe goin down sent chills up his back,, not his fault.. i dunno,, im ramblin again.. i thought it was a well written article ,,written with love from a crusaders point of veiw.. luv n lite..
I, at first, was like each to thier own. But them more I think about it and after reading what Carla said on Agro... I can say that I kind of fell the same way. Not towards all of the "Christian" camps... but alot of em! Az
come on,, if i had a dime for everyone trollin for a soul since 1972,, wed be able to make this years national.. tis hypocrytical an childish statement from whomever ya quoted.. makes no sence.. an this is rainbow how?
as the kids would say ,, "BURN'" .. i have no idea what that meant..,, i always liked "touche".. luv n lite
Am I twisted because it Made me think of MANY Soul Finding & Fire Nazi Stories........ WWJD - what would Jesus do: * if a Fire Nazi came in and Stomped out their Fire? I liked the year a Tall man in Patchwork kept telling kids on every shiny rock they picked up: " My Father made that (GOD)". They asked him if GOD made his patchwork pants also & if they were for sale...He replied No, That he sewed them himself and he was an Engineer that made BIG $$$$$ so with his time involved they were probally worth $2000......... They then told him Jesus was the 1st rainbow who blissed people and held gatherings w/followers...And he was probally an A-camper w/wine....He exited very fast!!!!!!!!!!! Tradin' Bill
I sense more than a bit of arrogance in this guys article. My eartly father taught me that a Christian should be humble like Jesus was.
weird part about the article for us is that we know the sis that started Jesus Camp & her trip was no where the same as this bro's us hippiestead folks are odd Christians, we believe in Jesus, but we don't believe that other religions are wrong...each person should follow the path that feels right for them. And don't forget, folks, there a lot of groups that troll for souls at Gatherings...Krishnas, Zendiks, there's even political groups that search for Rainbows to become warriors for their causes......
ok....................what is "agr" can someone post the link? I dont know about this and would like to check it out. as far as this brotha's article goes.......................heh.........oh well, to each his own.......
I think there´s an important difference between say a political group trying to recruit folks for a cause that is arguably in keeping with the spirit of rainbow (like say ending war or legalizing hemp) and someone coming to convince people that the entire idea of rainbow, and their entire lifestyle is completely wrong and that they should drop everything and join their gang, errr i mean cult, errr i mean faith. Yeah that´s it, faith.
My soul has been trolled for in every setting, both within Babylon and at gatherings...everything's a microcosm. Next time I get to a national I'll see to it that there's a Valhalla camp and that there's a home for all of Odin's children!
a'ho to that ..at rainbow we invite and accept all..& some of the jesus folk are alright.. just some like this weirdo go lil overboard on the judgment thing.. but i sortasuspect maybe its more a mental stability thing..god is love how can love then be evil? even if its love with another name..anyone who thinks spreading love is evil..cant be too stable..i think alotta the christians do have the rainbow spirit..but being good christians theyre required t harvest souls & at least try to be judgmental.. but i believe rainbowsabove theyre capability to judge
soaringeagle is right some Christians not, so bad. U shouldn't judge people by there beliefs, clothing, hairdo or political beliefs. Isn't that one of the hippies, and the children's motto?
