....what group do you think comes out at an earlier age: gay men or lesbians? I'd like to hear what everyone thinks. :)

I think gay men come out at an earlier age, but that's just my opinion.

I personally think bisexual males and femals, and lesbians. Atleast that's how it is at my school...NO fully gay has come out, but lesbians and bisexuals of both genders have.

well if you're gay then i think it should be pretty obvious you're gay. if anything if you're gay - you'll be the one reminded.

most people think im str8. anyone that asks me privately i will tell them i am bi, but for anyone else; if i'm not sleeping with you or sucking your cock then why bother explaining myself? though, i can understand those that wish to be open with just their family.

see the thing with me is im not trying to act str8, it's the way i am.. i just act "normal" but right under the skin i'm totally crazy about guys (usually more than girls). i don't walk around hiding it but i also don't advertise it.

i like working on cars and i love driving them to the limits., but i am still bi and happy who i am.. i guess i'm just sophisticated. not everyone walks around faking their sexuality. i'll tell you if you ask me, but other than that, i don't advertise my life publicly in the outside world - only to those that care enough to ask.

im not in denial at all, i'm just normal outside but bi inside.. i guess.. this is the reason i never "came out".

now to your orginal question,. i think "coming out" is mostly a female thing since it's much harder to tell a women's sexuality; they make up for the higher percentage in coming out since they're more likely to tell the truth since it's not so obvious they're gay, (that's my opinion). for a male it should be obvious if you're gay or not, and most of the time people would probably already know you're gay before you even told them.

so, that said; i think the higher percent goes to females.
