one word : FUCK!

Fuck i am so pissed! Grr...i had to go this probation office or something of the sort, because i 'trespassed' into a school a few months ago. (I just wanted to visit my friends on the last day of skool and they called the fucking police)
so anyways, i tried to dress NICE for this occasion(but thats so hard to do for me). she was explaining all this crap to me but i have a short attention span. then she asked 'do u drink alchol?' and im like 'uh not really..'(well i do SOMETIMES) and shes like 'when was the last time?' and im like 'uh a few months ago..' (but i drank last weekend). and then shes like "do u smoke pot?" and i wanted to lie but my mom was there and i know my mom wud of butted in and said "ya u do!" so i said "uh, sometimes.." and shes like "when was the last time?" (man, that is such a trick question. what am i really suposed to say? the truth? *oh ya, i smoke everyday man, and oh last time? uhhh..well i took a burn ride on the way here*) i mean seriously! so i just said "oh uh, a few months ago.." and see what i didnt REALIZE at the time was, how did this fucking tresspassing thing turn into a drug and alchol thing? im kicking myself in the head for NOT saying "ok, well i just got charged for trespassing, and i didnt have any drugs or alchol in my possesion at the time so...."
FUCK why didnt i say that?! those fucking pigs screwed me over. the law won me this time, that bastard. so now i have to take a fucking drug and alchol prevention class every tuesday for two hours(psh, im going stoned before man..its gonna be boring, but who knows? maybe ill meet a cute guy in there, ay?) AND i have to do 15 hrs of community service, and i have to go to COUNCELING! like a therapist! psh...im not telling her any of my 'problems'. i bet theyre just lookin for any excuse to claim me crazy and put me on some pills and say my 'drug usage' is due to me trying to run away from my 'problems'. so im fucking pissed, and i have to write an 'apology letter' (well, whatever, i can lie, no biggy:H )

they dont drug test ya do they? now that i have 2 take a drug and alchol class.....?

Shitty. You better find out if they're gonna test you though, because you don't want to get caught. I'd guess that they will test you. My cousin got in a fight a year or so ago and got put on probation, they asked if he smoked weed and he said yes. They said they wouldn't test, then they went and did it anyways (monthly). Even though his charge had nothing to do with substances, he still got tested cuz he said he smoked. So be careful.

when the law is smarter than you, you are pretty feckin' dumb! true, they have gotten more sophisticated over the last twenty or so years, but this is because the criminals have often out-smarted them. They have beem forced to learn.

I'm talking about manufactured criminals, not real criminals. Real criminals are stupid or else they wouldn't hurt others. Manufactured criminals are people who break the law but don't hurt anyone. In other words; the laws in these cases are more wrong than the so-called crime.

Generally speaking, cops are not among the smartest people around. If they were they would find something more rewarding than being cops. This is the reality.

If cops outsmart you once then you should just give up! You would then be too dull to out-wit them.

get them to supply you with pills. if theyre gonna give you drugs, you may as well let them. you dont have to take em either, you can sell them to kids at that school you went to, like to say 'fuck you!'. but youd have to be more careful.
i guess you should have seen it coming, dej? you gotta stop telling yourself 'who cares?' and start thinkning about the consequences that can come out of such simple things.

and i dont think the word is 'smarter', but simply 'ruthless'. its simple what the law does.. but they can get intense with it and get you on your little mistakes

Manipulation is their specialty. Those classes are gonna be boring! Just be sure you talk to your parents and make sure they wont put you on pharmies if the psychiatrist says to...

im just pissed because im so disapointed in myself. im always the one telling my friends 'hey man, the police trick u..dont fall for it." and there today i tottaly fell for it. at least i learned my lesson, u gotta be careful wut u ADMIT to the Man. and im just so fucking pissed that this stupid trespassing thing EVOLVED into a fucking drug thing. those bastards!!!!!! i always didnt like the law, but now, its personal. those fuckers. its like, u can hate police, etc....but once u get INVOLVED with them, its like you REALLY know how nasty they are. it becomes on personal terms. the only thing i did wrong was not THINK and realize what they were setting me up for. the only real crime is gettin caught-at the wrong time and wrong place.

man i usuauly never get mad, it takes alot to make me mad...but dammit me mad now haha. but still trying to keep a sense of humor. p.s - plytheman, u are awesome...garlic grilled cheese is THE BEST. i didnt noe any1 esle dug em.

yeh when i was cought buying at school, they asked questions and i answered them awesome but then the other guy cracked and told em shit so they were like 'ok tell us what you know or your fucked'. so it can affect other people as well.
but im sure youll get through it. teach those mofos at the drug correction place all the stuff youve learnt about the truths of marijuana

 

alot of the time, not usually with cops but school authorities [maybe with cops havent dealt with many] they will insist the other person cracked, but even if he/she has, if u dont admit shit they got nothin except for an opinion.

 

nah he told me afterwards, he dobbed on a few people in the end, and so they had multiple reports before getting me back for more questions

 

When you go to counseling just say straight to them: "look, I'm not mad in any way, I smoke a bit of weed because I enjoy it, it isn't smack for christ's sake, now will you leave me alone?"

And just basically ignore them for the duration on "counseling". My friend did it, they cancelled it after one appointment.

 

ive never been to councelling, id like to be sent to paid councelling to be a smart ass and make them feel depressed because theyre stupid.

 

Well, if there's anything you DO want to talk to about the therapist, if it's being paid for, might as well use it. Otherwise, just take a nap on their couch. They can't make you talk, haha.
